Assembly Lead

Position: The Assembly / Warehouse Lead is responsible for organizing the production schedule in order to maintain quality, productivity, and safety goals.

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour / DOQ

Duties and Responsibilities: (Not limited to the following)

  • Review Work Orders for special instructions
  • Verify components specified on Work Order are available
  • Set up Work Order specific jigs and tooling
  • Monitor in process quality and notify supervisor of non-conforming parts
  • Coach assemblers in the correct methods and procedures required to effectively and efficiently perform their job

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Hand eye coordination to assemble quality parts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years or more in warehouse environment
