EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive Statement:

The European Union (EU), Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive (Directive 2012/19/EU) affects end-of-life recycling for all electrical and electronic equipment. The Specialty Mfg. Co. complies with the legislation implementing the WEEE Directive, which varies country by country, and in so far as it has a legal obligation to pay for and arrange the treatment, recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of products which have been designated as WEEE in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of sale and country-specific legislation.

Suction strainers provide protection in liquid or air applications by trapping debris before it can enter and damage downstream system components. Many popular sizes can ship next day. Specialty Manufacturing Company suction strainers – also commonly referred to as sump strainers – feature type 304 stainless steel mesh sizes from 4 to 100 with a 1/8″ to 3″ Nylon NPT base.
