Position: Tool Room Continuous Improvement Machinist

Location: White Bear Lake, MN

Schedule: 1st shift – 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Description: Be a key member of the CI Team striving to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost in all areas of the company. Works with tool room, engineering, manufacturing, and quality personnel to assure that a safe, quality manufacturing process is performed on time.

Position: CNC Machinist

Location: White Bear Lake, MN

Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts

Description: The CNC machinist is responsible for set up and machining quality parts in safe manner to produce parts that meet SMC’s quality standards using Nakamura/Swiss-Citizen machines in a timely manner while minimizing the waste of materials and resources.
