How to place an order?

What is your minimum order?
$150 domestic ($250 international).

What are your credit terms?
Net 30 days (pending approval). Credit card orders are accepted with a 3% service fee. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How can I schedule a tour of the facility?
A physical tour of our facilities can be arranged through either your customer service contact or through an established sales contact a Specialty Mfg. Co. We love to show off our capabilities in person. If this cannot be achieved, a virtual campus preview is available our YouTube channel.

How fast can I get my valve?
Our standard lead time varies by materials involved and the level of customization going into the product. Please contact us to discuss.

How do you handle custom orders or applications?
We have a fully staffed engineering department that enables us to design a custom valve to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss.

Do you sell direct?
We sell direct but have minimum order requirements that need to be met. If this is a one-time order or if you’re unsure you will meet our minimum order requirements, we can refer you to a distributor.

Do you have a distributor that stocks your products?
Not all distributors stock the same product. Please contact our customer service team at 651-653-0599 to locate a distributor for you.

Do you offer expedited options?
