Blind Mate Design
- Supports 1OU and 1RU chassis sizes with radial and angular misalignment tolerance
Pivoting Mechanism
- Both plug and socket feature pivoting bodies that self-center and adapt to radial and angular misalignment
Decoupled Hose Interface
- Hose connection is independent of the valve’s pivot mechanism
Mounting Flexibility, Plug Half
- Multiple attachment options:
- M3 threaded holes (face, top, bottom)
- Slotted holes for standoffs

- Max Pressure: 75 PSIG (operating), ≥300 PSIG (burst)
- Spillage: <0.05 cm³ @ 0 psi, <0.1 cm³ @ 75 psi
Connect Force Goals (Preliminary)
- Mate force: ≤325 N; De-mate: ≤20 N
- Static force: ≤348 N
- Radial force: ≤20 N per valve set
