Description: The Production Planner with plan and organize stages of production control for producing product to meet the customer requirements and 95% on-time delivery.
Position: Continuous Improvement Technician

Classification: Non-Exempt
Description: The Continuous Improvement Tech-Manufacturing Engineer will assist in developing new tooling, methods, automated equipment design and resolve process issues or problems involved in the manufacturing of production components. This role will work cross functionally throughout the organization with a focus on continuous improvement efforts.
Position: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: White Bear Lake, MN
Schedule: Full Time
Description: The Quality Assurance Technician will support the activities required to meet quality standards in molding and stamping.
Position: Buyer
Location: White Bear Lake, MN
Schedule: Full Time
Description: The Buyer is responsible for strategic sourcing, contracting and inventory planning activities for assigned commodities to achieve and maintain pricing, quality and delivery objectives.
Position: Assembly II
Location: White Bear Lake, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Description: The Assembler is responsible for the assembly of valves and other manufacturing parts.
Position: Assembly Lead
Location: White Bear Lake, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Description: The Assembly / Warehouse Lead is responsible for organizing the production schedule in order to maintain quality, productivity, and safety goals.
Position: CNC Machinist
Location: White Bear Lake, MN
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift
Description: The CNC machinist is responsible for set up and machining quality parts in safe manner to produce parts that meet SMC’s quality standards using Nakamura/Swiss-Citizen machines in a timely manner while minimizing the waste of materials and resources.
Position: Molding Operator
Location: White Bear Lake, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift
Description: We are looking for a full-time Molding Operator. This position is responsible for removing plastic parts from injection molding machines.
