Design Considerations

The SMC Sprayflex Nozzle design covers 1/8" and 1/4" applications. The Sprayflex is a variable pattern nozzle from a O-Degree straight stream to 80-Degree flat fan. The Sprayflex is available in the standard brass cap or polyester cap for hot water applications up to 1500 psi. The Sprayflex Nozzles are sized and stamped with a gallons per minute rating as measured at 40 psi. For example, a .65 Sprayflex would flow .65 GPM @ 40 psi and 3.3 gpm @ 1000 psi.
